The first one can be fixed with a thumb stick cover. Unfortunately the second one would require a repair from Nintendo as replacement thumbsticks are not yet available for purchase. You could try some modeling clay and these dome caps and jamming it on the remaining plastic nub, but that may be too much hassle for the result.
