For the last 2 years, its the iSimple bt interface! Works like a charm and has not only bluetooth, but also 2 aux inputs, usb media play, and a few others. It installs right behind your 6 disc changer and fools the nav+factory radio into thinking there is yet another cd changer installed in the car. Even have track info (artist, title, etc) displaying on the touchscreen!

Does your radio have an XM or another satellite radio button? If so, this will work. However, you'll need a 30-pin to lightning adapter.
Edit: you could go with an ISIM51. This'll give you a USB jack as well as give you Bluetooth. Same conditions apply, though.
Don't take my word for it, but the adapter should at least give you the audio portion. If it works (again I'm 99% sure it will), there will be no loss of audio quality. I am right there with you when trying to get the highest bit rate to these speakers. The part that may/may not work is charging...I'll see if I can find anyone on azine, as I'm sure they have found workarounds for ip5.
