Only thing to look out for OP is to get one of the xbox one controllers that supports bluetooth, the original ones did not, meaning you would have to use a wire. So double check!

After using it for a bit, I do think there is some merit to the post about RSI concerns but I'm trying to be mindful of keeping the rig upright to keep the weight on my palms and taking breaks. I also found that it was more obvious on something like Forza where the RT/LT use is heavier than say Tomb Raider or ACO

I've been enjoying minish cap on myboy. Am on the final boss and the controll has worked perfectly.
Make sure you get the one s version not the older one that doesn't support Bluetooth
I have both these clips. They work amazingly well. The PS4 one is a little hard to get on but once it is installed, it is rock solid.

Dead Cells is a fine example of why it matters.
It's a great game if you have even the most remote interest in Metroidvanias. It runs like shit on the Switch. The crappy framerates of the game significantly impact the gameplay in a game where careful timing and reflexes are required.

They make grip cases for both the Switch and the 3DS that significantly improve their feel. My hands hurt holding either of them outside their cases. For the Switch, I recommend the Satisfye grip although the Skull and Co Gripcase is a close second. For the 3ds, I personally use the Monster Hunter Cross that I've modded with a rubberized grip. This is a pretty expensive option, however, so there are cheaper ones for people who don't want to invest that much.

I disagree. I use a cheap little xbox controller phone clip to hold my phone when I game. The controller connects bluetooth and provides a generally superior experience to gaming with my Switch. My phone has better audio, a better screen, and a more powerful processor. It also has free cloud saves and can connect to the internet without wifi (anbd has a superior wifi antennae).

Is this for a phone? If so, have a PS4 or Xbox One controller? Just get a phone clip. I don't use my PS4 controller via Bluetooth, so I can't attest to that, but my X1 controller is just perfect. Especially now that I got a phone clip for it. My Note 10+ fits perfectly.

It seems to fit and hold my phone fine, but admittedly I haven't used it much as I can't name a single smartphone game that I actually want to play. The mobile Halo knockoff game (NOVA something, I think) does not support Bluetooth controllers, only touchscreen controls!
