In fragrance there are very select products that Amazon uses FBA self-fulfillment for in Canada. If you check a majority of listings on Amazon.ca they are not FBA but 3rd party vendor fulfilled, which means they are shipped from third parties who pay Amazon a 15% listing commission. We've sold on Amazon prior and were also offered FBA opportunities which we declined.
On a side note, when an item gets popular, Amazon usually likes to take your supplier invoices and go direct and fulfill FBA.
