If you have CCNA or greater, just get used to the commands and the inter-workings of JuneoS.
as /u/supergeniusluie stated the fast track tools are great and what i used for my JNCIA-JUNOS. I then used the below books with some real gear for my JNCIA-ENT, JNCIS-ENT and JNCIP-ENT. sadly my last few stops havent had any juniper and all my JNCIA-FWV were on the ScreenOS so i may not be the most up to date. I hear you can integrate the new juniper virtual router into VIRL though (even though its expensive).
