I have a this nice looking storage bench from amazon. I like to sit on my front porch in fair weather so it’s a win win! Many of the delivery people have commented that they like it. It’s about 50/50 for people figuring out to put things in there and not figuring it out, but I’ve only had it for about a month.
The packages that got stolen were ones that the delivery person lazily put all the way at the edge of my porch...those were easy pickings for thieves.
Also, on amazon I set my delivery preference (before the bench) as my back porch. I’ve never bought anything breakable so they drop it over my back gate, no problems there.
