It's fine, seems fairly sturdy. I really doubt it's leather though. Probably it's bonded leather, which is basically powdered leather (so that it retains the leather smell and feel) mixed with a bonding agent and some percentage of polyurethane on a fabric backing. I'm guessing this has a whole lot of polyurethane in it, because it does not feel like leather and barely even smells like leather.

Check the "Used & new (x) from $xx.xx" bit for each color. I don't think there's any like new ones up right now, unfortunately. Amazon puts more up often, though.
