I bought a special between the legs pillow like this one and it's been a huge help! I use it all night, it's light/small enough that I can roll over with it or sleep on my back for a bit without losing it, and it definitely helps with my hip pain. During the day, I also have a bouncy yoga ball at my desk to use instead of my chair sometimes which helps (although it's a bitch to mount/dismount).
