I don't really have a pattern per se, I got the technique out of a book called Modular Knitting ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/161212996X/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ovnvDbS55YGJP ).
I used a stitches pattern out of the book that reminded me of bees, but then changed to bobbles to nubs, because I hate bobbles. I would tell you page numbers, but I had to return the book to the library.
I do plan on buying the book sometime though, because it is great!
