I'm sure she already has basic nursing necessities...the three things I absolutely must have at work are:

Lotion...I love lotion especially with all the hand washing we do, good lotion is a must. I've gone through several and my favorite two are:

L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream is my absolute favorite for dry hands. I order the 5.2oz tubes off amazon prime and they last forever!

For dry hands, by FAR the L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. It's offered in 1oz and 5.2oz tubes and I get the latter and it lasts forever! I absolutely love it!
