Bit late now, but there are many sellers that include the tools necessary with the screen/digitizer, along with a new bezel so you don't have to muck with glue. It's a 15 minute operation and only costs about $10 more than you paid.

I bought this one and it's working fine for me. Just a word of advice: the double sided tape on the battery is there for a reason. I didn't re-secure my battery after moving to the new frame and I ended up having to replace the battery in the end, too.

Thanks for the advice guys! Does anyone have a recommended replacement? I found a few on Amazon but they have both 5 and 1 star reviews.
