since you will be getting that cpu it would be best if you get this newer Lenovo Yoga 910 which will save a few bucks and it does have the same specs.
I would go with the Lenovo Yoga 910, a 7th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-7500U mobile processor so sweet with 8 GB memory and 256 GB Solid State Drive the booting time is crazy fast it weighs 3.1lbs so its really light too just perfect :-).

I would recommend the: Microsoft Surface Book (2016). Comes with almost 100%sRGB color space good for photo editing, WQHD LED IPS Glossy display and a dedicated graphics video card. Stylus included.
Another option would be the: Lenovo Yoga 910. Comes with FHD LED IPS Glossy edgeless display and an i7 CPU. Not all stylus pen are supported with this model.

The Yoga 910 has an Intel Kaby Lake i7-7500U processor, 8GB ram, 256GB SSD, and integrated HD 620 Graphics, with a 13.9" 1080p IPS display, weighing 3.09lbs.
I personally am a fan of Macbook Pro's and think they are solid machines. People say they're overpriced, but their price / value is pretty in-line with most premium windows laptops, but they would not have the touchscreen you were looking for.
