I used locking switches for my floodlights. Leviton 1201-2IL. I didn't want any contractors or other 3rd parties to be able to turn them off easily.
If they are wired in parallel from the light you could add a switch for the other light. I have hue (E26) bulbs my non-ring exterior lights controlled by schedules in Apple Home so their switches are also always on.

How about a locking switch:
