I currently have a 42" 1080p LG TV that I got for $320, would it be fine if I upgraded to this 40" 4K HDR Samsung TV for $288?
What do you mean by refresh rates? We don't really know the refresh rate of his TV. It could be a 60hz TV for all we know. For example,LG tv from like 2013 with 60hz refresh rate.
Other than that, I agree, I wouldn't buy right now.
This is the best I got, It was on my WL for when I move. I hear it is good and and it is only a little over what you would like to spend.
I honestly don't know much about this stuff but i hope it helped a little! :3
