$25 for 12 bars ($2.08/bar).

Has 7 net carbs and I believe 3G of sugar per 4 squares. Though 2 squares is normally enough for me now :)

You would use a chocolate that has a cacao percentage right on the label, ideally not chocolate chips since they're a different makeup than a bar. Never milk chocolate.

$26 for 12. Good chocolate is going to be expensive, but reality, this could easily last more than a month. I maybe eat one frozen sq a night. Nice easy snack.

Try and hit up Lindt (or whatever) 90%. The taste is pretty intense, it's not going to be milk chocolate territory, but the total carbs per serve is down around 3.2g total carbs, 1.2g sugar and 10.8g fat per 20g serve. Even if you smash the entire block it's only going to be 15g carbs, which is high, but won't blow your 30 for the day.

The other benefit is I find really high cocoa butter content kills your appetite, so it can make for a good cheat without setting you off on a spree. Total sugar is always going to live in total carbs, but still try to minimise it. If you're going HFLC, sugar can set you off for some gut pain, and you want to focus your carbs on fiber anyhow.

Edit - Amazon has the following for reference -

Turns out Amazon carries it. Thanks for the tip!

edit: appears their nutritional information is far different. Might have to buy elsewhere. Thanks jward!
