As far as I can tell (disclaimer there) this is the same version from Live From Nowhere Near You Vol II that's (edit) apparently been out since 2011(?). It used to be only low bitrate copies of this. It's probably not a remaster as much as it's just a higher bit-rate version than the ones from before.
