  I have some online resources but prefer books. I also think these don’t „expire“ too soon and you can use them into A2. If you find used versions, it’s not too expensive.

I would like to learn German. Mostly because my daughter is 9 and understands it more than I do and I'd like to help her learn it a bit more. Her grandfather on her dad's side is from Germany and he only speaks Deutsch to her. Plus when her great grandma visits, she doesnt speak any English and I've stupidly smiled and nodded only to find out later on she was actually telling me that i have nice boobs but my stomach sticks out further and that she hated my dress.

Back in high school we had a choice to learn spanish or german. I wanted German and my mom wouldn't let me she said I would never need it. thanks mom
