I purchased it through Prima Coffee and they have very good support. They've actually already sent me a return label.
If I had bought it through Knock, or had no other grinder options, I'd probably do something similar to what you did with yours. Given the materials, Crazy Glue is probably not the best choice, tho. I suspect that it will eventually give out. When that happens, pull everything apart again, carefully scrape off as much of the dried Crazy Glue as you can with an Xacto blade (maybe even hit it lightly with some fine emory paper), then use some Loctite 638 instead of the Crazy Glue when you put it back together. That stuff is made for this type of situation and we use it regularly at work for locking bearings and powerful cylindrical motor stators in place. It has a slower cure time which'll give you a bit of breathing room when it comes to reassembly.
