Buy him the Logitech G502. It is one of the best and well made mouse out there. super precise, awesome click feeling, metal mouseweel, adjustable weight, 6 extra buttons and awesome feeling.

Yeah, but in the case of the G502 it's the wheel that rattles.
BTW you can fix the G9's rattle by putting a small piece of soft paper inside the shell.
I'm from Greece, I bought the 502 from here, the 402 from amazon.co.uk on a prime deal back when pound/euro was ~1:1.11. The 502 went €85 /w 3y warranty, the 402 for €35 /w standar warranty.

Ähnlich bei der Logitech G502. Hab sie vor einigen Monaten gekauft, hab sie jetzt im Black Friday Sale für € 45,- für einen Freund bestellt. Er hat gefragt was ich dafür bezahlt habe ... € 39,90. Klar.

If you have a big hands, I would either recommend a g502 or a Steelseries Rival 300, depending on the preference of a lighter mouse or a heavier mouse.
What is your preference in the keyboard? I would recommend the Strafe, k70/k65(10 keyless K70)/k95(k70 with macro keys) RGB or the Logitech G710/ G710+ .
P.S. Steelseries Rival 300 includes a free QCK mousepad if you purchase it from its official online store. They do international shipping too.

An i5-8600K with a good cooler on a good board, with a GTX 1080 Ti and in a not too big full tower, that also has a window. SSD + HDD, good models, also the psu is excellent.
For the peripherals:
There are of course a bunch of alternatives for those. I tried to go not too far over the budget, though it's a bit more than planned. Hope you like it, it's a nice high-end build.
