I've reread your posts and other posts, and I think we're talking about two different things. My error. I was talking about Lostpedia, I think you mean the physical book Lost Encyclopedia. Sorry for the confusion
Lostpedia is great, contains more information than you could possibly hope to ever catch just watching the show on your own, including all of the info from the now-defunct ARGs. Make sure you check out the Missing Pieces shorts as well.
Via Domus is pretty lousy, both as a game, and as a way for getting your LOST fix, in my opinion. Still, if you absolutely have to absorb every little bit of information about the LOST universe, it's probably worth checking out, if just for a way to explore a couple of locations not revealed in the show.
There's also the LOST Encyclopedia if you're looking for a book about the show.
I'd suggest that you check out Fringe, another show by JJ Abrams. Not as good as LOST, but it still has plenty of mystery, suspense, character development, and emotion to it. It also has the same composer as LOST (Michael Giacchino) and you'll recognize one of the major characters as the guy who played Matthew Abaddon (Lance Reddick).
Michael Emmerson said they filmed a scene where Ben was flipping through Alex's yearbook in the Sideways and got his flash, but they removed it to seem more ambiguous.
In What They Died For, that first punch Desmond gave Ben was accidentally real. Emmerson had a real black eye for all of filming the ending and you can slightly make it out in some of the island scenes through the makeup.
Matthew Fox was accidentally really stabbed in the final fight when a real knife and prop knife were accidentally switched. He was only saved by a safety mesh he insisted on wearing otherwise he'd have bled out and actually died.
The New Man In Charge is set in August 2010, when it first came out.

Does he have the LOST Encyclopedia yet? Or any of the soundtracks? You can also get t-shirts pretty cheap on amazon.

Couple more small things:
