What exactly are you interested in, the case? Seems like this one's pretty much in tact. I'm guessing the bottom wire is for the madcatz LED which is of no importance. Not sure why he took off that bottom bracket off in the first place though.

If the case is what you're really after you might as well trash that pcb in favor of a brooks universal fighting board. However if you want to keep the pcb you will need the custom madcatz button harness which are very hard to come by these days. You can see the 20 pin header where it goes to on the pcb. Here's an amazon listing for it. I'm not much of a modder so I'm not sure if it's possible to remove that header and directly solder some regular wires on there like the ones you linked.

It also isn't clear whether it includes the usb cable to connect to your console.

Honestly it doesn't seem worth the hassle to keep the original pcb. You can probably find youtube vids on how to mod it with the Brooks UFB and make it compatible with all systems as well has having the least input lag.

could go even further and wire an rj45 port to the board and run a rj45 port to the cable hold. Buy a cat6 cable to usb. rj45 always feels so lock in solid. Or maybe one of those cool screw in cables on the te2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MS04WVW

I bought one for mine too. It's a thicker braided cable, very nice quality compared to the stock one.
