The bodice of our dresses are very similar--deep V, backless :) If your seamstress can't sew in cups with a little extra oomph, I just got this backless bra contraption off of Amazon yesterday to sew into my dress and it's working like a charm! The straps are a bit fiddly, but I am planning to have this sewn directly into the dress and use a bit of fashion tape on the neckline to make sure the girls don't break free, haha. For context, I am a 32DD/34Dish.
