Oof. I just sold the physical CD to a person (with excellent taste) on Amazon. You should be able to buy one there.
I don't think "Versalife" refers to the vault. There's a separate track called "Palisade Bank" that is chronologically consistent with the vault level (M12: The Heist). Also, the "Versalife" track isn't played during the in-game Heist mission, as far as I can tell.
What OP says is that "Tarvos Revelation", "Versalife" and "Breaching the Veil" come after the missions in the game. You can see that these three tracks come after the track "Apex Towers" (https://www.amazon.com/Deus-Ex-Original-Soundtrack-Extended/dp/B01KKOIQ5G) meaning that they pertain to events that occur after the as-released DXMD game.
I think OP's theory is good. The game mentions Versalife's San Francisco facility as the location of Meghan. It would be the a good place for the ending of Adam's story.

The soundtrack hasn't actuallly been officially released yet, so I assume the only current option is to rip it directly from the game files.
Edit: This site says it's coming out earlier than the Extended Edition on Amazon
