I attach mine with large binder clips at the top - fold the top of the tapestry over the canopy frame and then clip it down - the bar of the frame fits thru the clip - it works beautifully!
You will need something for the bottom too, cuz the wind will blow the tapestry like crazy and it doesn't do much good if it is horizontal :) I use suspender clips (These) attached to the tapestry and then hook one end of a bungee thru the loop. The other end of the bungee hooks to the hole at the bottom of the canopy leg.
