I also collect figures, though I'm the type of collector that's really picky about the quality of the figures I get, so I only consider the ones that have (in my opinion) an outstanding sculpt and paintjob, even if it means paying a higher price. Thus, all of the figures below are from Goodsmile and Max Factory.

I would definitely recommend getting Shigure K2 by Goodsmile. I have her and she's pretty fantastic, though it might be hard to get her at a good price now. Her base however leaves something to be desired - it's a simple transparent blue hexagon, and really doesn't do the fantastic figure justice.

What more could you ask for?
There's also Re-Class if you're into abyssals, though her base is not as good as that of Wo's.
If you're willing to drop a lot of money, there's also the various Musashi (Kai) figures that were released a while back. I have the heavy armament version of Musashi, and she is awesome. The turrets are all articulated and the sculpt/pose is great. The downside is she also has a mediocre transparent blue hexagon of a base.

Oh, and WonFes Winter (biggest figure festival where various manufacturers show off prototypes/announce new figures) is coming up in early February. Chances are Yuudachi K2 by Goodsmile will be shown, as well as Seaport Hime by Max Factory.

Other girls that have already been announced and worth keeping an eye out for are Bismarck and Prinz Eugen. There's an Atago figure that's being made by Max Factory as well. With the quality and consistency that Goodsmile and Max Factory have shown in the past, these figures are highly likely to be great.

And chances are there will be even more Kancolle-related figures announced during Wonfes that we don't even know about yet. So if you like collecting figures, you should definitely keep a lookout for what happens during the upcoming Wonfes.
