You buy a can of Air Duster from any store and you get a Q-tip it's better if you attach the little tube thing that comes with some air dusters.

This is a product similar to an air duster it uses refrigerant instead so I think it's superior (maybe) I've never used it however, but you can read the comments on Amazon and see that other people are finding success with this method.
If I was you I would just go to a Home Depot or Walgreens or anywhere and find a can of Air Duster
