To give you a serious answer;

Yes, since working out my inner thigh muscles have enlarged which has encroached on testicular real estate. This has essentially meant that the lads get squished forwards and out.

There are two solutions I've found for this:

Talcum powder the shit out of your cock and balls and inner thighs and wear underwear like this where you've got some space and not like these where everything is too bunched up.
Get some of these. Not only do they basically lift the balls out into a nice pouch out the front with plenty of space but they also run long enough down the leg to prevent the inner thighs rubbing against one another. These are literally the best pants I've ever owned and I'm slowly phasing them in as all I wear.
