> I do the RR on my house as I cannot use my rings or anything at the gym, I cannot do weighted calisthenics, as I do not have the equipment nor can I acquire it.

If you don't want to buy a weight belt for around $10 to do weighted calisthenics you can use a backpack filled with books/water bottles/rocks for pull-ups, dips, rows and push-ups

Anyone have this MiR dip belt?

My poor man's velcro belt set up isn't working to well with 45s

Yeah, I have a dip belt:

For squats I use 2 chairs and stand with one foot on each. This allows me to go all the way down without the weights hitting the ground. Also, it doesn't compress the spine (my lower back seems to be incredibly prone to injury).

For push ups I add a third chair to put my feet on. I just ordered some rings to hang from my chin up bar to use instead of the chairs for my hands during push ups. I slide the dip belt over my upper chest because, again the lower back shouldn't be subjected to that kind of stress.
