There are miracle noodles https://www.amazon.com/Miracle-Noodle-Shirataki-Angel-Pasta/dp/B0055CRH1S they aren't the cheapest alternative but they are the lowest calorie

You can find good deals on amazon. They don't sell shiritaki noodles here, and we don't even have an amazon, but I ordered it through amazon.co.uk, for a fair enough price

It is really hard at first, if you stick with it the hunger will not go away - but it will be easier to psychologically deal with the feeling of hunger.

Try to find some foods that are high in volume and take a bit longer to eat. Salads with spinach, lots of water, coffee, Miracle Noodles pan fried and seasoned with some veggies thrown in...

Also try to keep busy if you tend to think about food all the time, find an activity to keep your mind off it!
