Saw a nine dollar one with free shipping. The menus are in Japanese but there is a quick guide on Gamefaqs that catches you up pretty quickly.
This is the best you are going to get for the PS3. The English menus make it possible to play, and the story is very basic so if you can find a synopsis online you are set. GameFAQS has a translation of the parts too. There aren't any good Gundam games out there, and I don't even look at Dynasty Warriors as an option. Only other thing you get is Crossfire... which isn't that good.
