Get a large piece of art that fits with your style (photo print, canvas, whatever--I got a big canvas of a British Airways Concord above my bed) for the wall on the right. Get a headboard check out overstock.com, they have some great ones. Paint 2 walls grey and 2 either a muted green or blue (I was always taught to put cool colors in the bedroom).
Do you have a box spring or is it on wood slats?
If you have a box spring with your mattress, this type of very basic frame works well They fold up really small for moving and are very easy to set up. It's the type I have on my bed and the type a friend had on her bed when I helped her move a couple weekends ago.
They also attach easily to most head boards. A metal headboard like this attaches with just a couple bolts and nuts I have a very similar one and it's very easy to move. You'll notice on the bottom of this upholstered headboard at the bottom of the posts there are two holes. Those holes will line up with the metal bed frame listed above and connected with bolts and nuts.
