Going by the size I assume it's 1440p? If that's the case, the GPU supports that resolution by DP and HDMI according to AMD's page about it, if your card only has mini DP you could use something like this

If you buy a cable like this you don't need adapter
No worries. In a nutshell, I had to replace one of the cables that go from the linkbox to my computer. If you look at the linkbox (the side that feeds cables to the computer) you'll see a small, empty slot. This is a mini-Display Port slot (miniDP). On your graphics card, you should see at least one full size Display Port slot (DP). That monitor has VGA, DVI, HDMI, and Display Port inputs. Each of the laptops have HDMI and Mini Display Port outputs. You can connect one laptop with a normal HDMI cord. The other laptop can be connected with a cord that is Display Port on one end and Mini Display Port on the other like this cord.
