Nice job! I have a similar desktop and the same monitor. Not wanting to spend $350 I instead purchased two of these vesa mounts from Amazon.com:

I then cut out two pieces of wood, roughly 100x100. Painted the wood black. Placed them on the front side of the vesa mount and screwed them from the back holes of the vesa mount. I had purchased these wall mounts and screwed them on to the pieces of wood:

Honestly your better bet will be getting one solid mount meant for the size of the ultra wide, then one with more motion for your accessory monitor

I might also look at cheap monitor mounts like a pair of these. You would just have to DIY a bracket for the mount. For a really cheap route, I've used blu-tack between monitors, stands, and console to keep everything in one place.

Mount-It! Single LCD Monitor Desk Mount Stand Height Adjustable Tilt Swivel VESA 50, 75, 100 Fits 22, 23, 24, 27, 30 Inch I had just purchased this monitor and an EVGA 1080Ti FTW 3 last Saturday, my only complaint was that the monitor sat a bit to close to my face. This mount addressed that quite well and for not all the much money.

This one, though it's tilt adjustment can't hold the weight of the monitor. I got lucky and the back bezel rests against the arm, so it sits level without any tilt ability.

I don't think you will be able to find a stand that is meant for that specific monitor. If you are talking about the original equipment that comes with it, you may want to try contacting AOC support and see what they can do for you. Include your model number, date of purchase, and other things that they may request and see what they can do. If not there are some cheap single arm desk attachments that would do the trick. Here is one example. It isn't the $5-10 stand that is plastic but for $23 it isn't a bad choice considering it is very sturdy and does what you want it to do plus it has height adjust and swivel.

The second one is a lot more sturdy, but its not quite tall enough for me to use when I'm in standing desk mode. I used the vivo dual as a single and just put the monitor a little above middle. its working pretty well (just mounted it today)

Interesting. So, then, turning your head is fine for two monitors, but turning your head at a lesser angle isn't fine for one monitor.

I suppose I can grasp that; it seems a bit pedantic, though. I personally have the monitor desk-mounted on a VESA stand, so it's far enough away that I just shift my eyes. Prior (on the default stand) I had to turn my head slightly.

The ASUS ROG stand takes up a ridiculous amount of space. The mount I’m using is a straight VESA mount that clamps to the back of the desk. The mount is super sturdy and I’ve had no issues with it, just tighten it up pretty good. The build seems to be solid steel.
