I've gotten this same brand for some other machines and they really hold up well and work well with pens.

I have not noticed and sensitivity issues for touch or pen and with the plastic tip (part of the $10 tip kit for Surface) it feels like writing on actual paper.

It seems to help with picking up finger oils as well even though it's not a listed feature, I mainly got it for matte because I HATE glare.

It helps with the glare issue a lot while only slightly reduce clarity.

I switched to the 2H pen tip after this.
