I’ve been having this since 22 weeks, am now 37 and it’s so bad now. I wear this brace on both hands every night. I like them because they breath and they’re not too long.

I have it too - and also didn't know that it was a possible pregnancy thing. It's pretty unpleasant, but mine has come and gone since week 15 or so.

This wrist brace (have to buy separate for each hand) has really helped - even if I just wear it at night. I find that sometimes I do have to wear them at work (I type a lot), and if I'm going to be driving a lot I wear them (we drove from PA to Chicago early June).

I started having trouble with my hands falling asleep while sleeping probably about 8 months into doing CF. It got to the point where it was painful and would wake me up. I saw a PT (who also went to my gym) who thought it might be a shoulder issue. I tried some stretches, but it didn't really seem to work. I eventually went to my primary care physician and his conclusion was that it was carpal tunnel. He suggested I start sleeping with these wrist things (one for each hand, obvs). It has REALLY helped. I do wear them every night now. They still fall asleep at night sometimes, but not to the point of pain/bothering me, and they don't bother me much during the day either.
