I carry a Nalgene water bottle with me literally everywhere. This is a habit I started back in high school, but since moving to the desert it's even more important. I aim to drink 4 full bottles (or more) which equates to 1 gallon. My cheat is Mio or crystal light. Probably not the best, but this is how I keep my intake up.
I'd really like a Nalgene water bottle (trout green 1qt, in my under $20 list) so I can be better about staying hydrated. Bonus effect would be my coworkers no longer teasing me about how much tea I drink.
