dude I've felt like that before. try what I did: start taking this Turmeric stuff twice a day. It's good for your liver and an antidepressant. Also if you're not getting enough sunlight and nutrition, you're probably vitamin D deficient, which also contributes to depression. Grab some D.
Last but not least, take these liver pills before drinking. It will help minimize the damage to your liver.

Sorry I meant to say that my current levels are 29 ng/mL. Oh and I looked up the brand you take on Amazon and looks like they’ve already Soybean Oil each capusle. Correct me if I’m wrong but are your capsules “see-through” transparent soft gels?
