shoot...I don't remember off the top of my head, and I'm at work right now, so I can't take my kayfun apart to measure it.

You may just want to buy one of those assorted packs of o-rings. They'll probably come in handy again somewhere down the road. I bought a standard (SAE) set and a metric set just to keep on hand. Couldn't tell you the number of times it's come in handy.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that they're WAY cheaper at amazon, obviously. But they do sell assorted packs at home depot, but they're a bit spendy.

okay it looks like youre just missing a pin and a bunch of O-rings. For your part #45 if you dont have a caliper to get the exact size of the pin, I would just go to your local hardware store to buy a roll pin. Its spring loaded and will fit very well, It just wont be original. Or find some way to measure the size of the pin and buy one. As for your other parts, just buy an O-ring kit like this or this and it most likely will have the sizes you need. Judging from the diagram theres maybe 4 different oring sizes youll need. Other than that, you could take off the oring parts and go to a local hardware store to match them to their appropriate size.

make the measurements , also hit up automotive part stores they carry a dorman section where ti just has o-rings

o-ring kits

also look for a place that deals with hydraulics. what ever oring you get make sure it will fill the area and have a lil squish to make sure it seals correctly.

you can also find o-ring kits where you cut and glue the end together.

edit: sorry this post was suppose to be a reply to to below.

Maybe You could try picking up a kit of assorted size Orings and just messing around with them until you find one that fits.
