I've seen a few people swear by this stuff, but I haven't tried it personally

Sorry one more thing, I carry around a bunch of glasses cleaners too (just the wipes). I throw them everywhere. Cleaning your glasses whenever you get the chance HELPS tremendously as well.
I haven't personally tried this, but I know people who have and have enjoyed it, but consider looking into NerdWax! It seems it could help your glasses w/o nose pieces problem.
I also feel that asian flat nose problem, haha. Good luck OP :)

Unfortunately, it's just a bad fit for you. I agree with having custom nosepads made by professionals. A cheaper option is Nerdwax
which may not work as well if you have oily skin or Anti-Slip Grips .

Hello fellow 4-eyes struggler :)! I prefer glasses because I have pretty dry eyes and wearing contacts irritates the heck out of me in a pool hall filled with smoke.
I did some research and stumbled upon this product called 'Nerd Wax' on Amazon and it looks promising. It looks like chapstick but it's a wax that you apply on the nose pad of your glasses to keep it in place.
I just recently ordered it and it should be arriving today or tomorrow - which means I do not have first-hand experience with it (yet), but reviews are decent. A tip to clean off all the dirt and oil off the nose pad before applying. The only downside is the little guy is around $10 bucks.

Edit: added amazon link
I use Nerd wax. It's not perfect but good enough for what I need it for.
