Correct, just for reds. I think it would look nice and add some more usefulness. The acrylic shelves are an idea. I was hoping to be able to use a couple shelves from the newair aw-281 winecooler which looks to be the same unit but sold as a wine cooler.

With some cedar shelves and drawers, they look extremely nice and this guy would be able to hold a ton of smokes.
have you thought about an electric cigar cooler? Those or a newair wine fridge which you can convert would be your best storage solutions.

Apologies, I referenced the incorrect cooler and feel like a tard. I meant 180E, not 281E. However, it was $210 shipped on Amazon. The 281E is $259 shipped, which is not much more.
I wouldn't freeze it as this causes the trichs to fall off. I personally use a wine cooler my parents use to have. They needed a larger one, and I asked for the smaller. I keep it at 55-60 degrees. It works prime for curing as well. Now that I think about it, that little fridge is pretty damn important to me. I never thought about it really until now. I keep a few bottles of wine and some johnny in there as well.
