Yes I vote a time-out for the gluttonfish in a breeder box net... he needs to be fasted for the next 3-4 days at least, and then fed some daphnia to help him clear out any remaining bloat...

Upon resuming his normal feeding, he should be taken to the breeder box net and given his portion of food in the breeder box net, while the rest of the tank is fed their portion separately.
