Well first and foremost, it would be cheaper to just buy a Xenoblade pro controller. As I doubt anyone would tear theirs apart to just sell you the dpad. Amazon has 3 left at the lowest re-sale price of $100

Secondly, the Dpad from a Wii U or Wired Switch pro controller fits perfectly. You can buy those for cheap and salvage the Dpad and conductive pad part.

Alternatively there are more extensive Dpad mods and not so extensive mods. That can help alleviate pro controller problems.

From what I found online, Nintendo seems to have not restocked them much since it came out, and have only given a few of them per store. The best I could find are two on amazon for around $120, and one of them is an import from Japan. Hopefully they restock them soon do you could get one!

if the conversion isn't much in price difference and you're already paying 80, this could be the perfect excuse to buy the limited edition controllers. i figure at this point, the best bang for your buck.
