Thermal resistance and heat creep seems to vary. I recently told a user about my experience with heat creep on all metal clone using the Noctua NF-A4x20 5V . Creep set in at about 30 minutes and took 2-3 weeks before I caught it. I used a gun and thermistor to spot it. It was just barely under the threshold to prevent it. I didn't see a noctua in that size range with higher CFM so I bailed on it and went with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006ODM76C/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This fan has higher CFM. I had to deal with some heat block cooling and autotuning because the excess air flow was cooling the block down. But in the end it worked out and I have not worked on that hotend in months. My experience was with high temp filaments at 250c.

This problem also exist with the regular E3D's which also seems to vary for whatever reasons. A lot of people just go ahead and drop a larger fan. Since we don't really have a in depth inspection of clones to asses which will do it, you are likely going to need a larger fan.
