As /u/court67 mentioned, those toys are all for active play, they aren't meant to be left out as chew toys.

Antlers should be fine- some dogs only like the split antlers, but you might as well start with them whole.

Try getting a few normal Kongs (You'll always want to buy the black "Extreme" versions of their toys) and filling them with any of the hundreds of recipes you can find online. They are pretty dang indestructible, and the fillings will keep them working for a while, especially when frozen.

Goughnuts toys are all backed by replacement warranties. They are made from an inner and outer rubber layer, and if your dog exposes the inner layer, you send them a message and they'll replace the toy.

Any of the Nylabone Souper line should be good. They are quite large and heavy, and withstand some serious abuse. As you mentioned, the dogs aren't usually all that interested at first, but as they rough up the ends, I've noticed dogs tend to get more curious. I imagine that releases some of the scent/flavor.

How old is your dog? And can we see a picture? I'm very curious about his looks!

My solution is to not leave tennis balls or ropes laying around since they are easy to be picked apart/destroyed. I use those toys when I am actively playing with my dog (about 2 years old). Anything that can't fall apart with ease can stay out and about.

Pick him up one of these Nylabone Chew Toys. They last for quite some time and my dog LOVES chewing on it. Just don't step on it or watch out for your pup dropping it on your feet!
