It's an LG OLED55B7P Series 55" OLED 4K. I got it refurbished and I've wondered on occasion if the problem it was returned for involved the remote, as it can be slow and a little unresponsive. Try calling LG and ask for panel repair.
Alternatively try registering the TV with My LG account see if the TV can be covered by the premium support plan (cheapest is $90) and then call them, perhaps they will replace the panel that way.
You can buy replacement LG magic remotes on Ebay and Amazon.
A new 65" C8 may cost you around 1600 so if your creeping towards that in repair bills it's not worth it, return the TV.
