Opti-Women is decent and is only $4/month if you just take 1 pill a day, which still gives you quite a bit of micronutrients.

I take these ones on a empty stomach and have taken it on fasts up to 48 hours with no issues.

You don't need to take the full dose, unless your diet is absolute crap or you're on a severe calorie deficit with a high-stress environment.
For energy:
Don't waste your time or money with fat loss supplements. Most are garbage/really over-priced. If you did want to go that route, I'd suggest going with a standard caffeine/ephedrine stack -- just be aware that like most stimulants, you build up a tolerance to it. It's more effective for fat burning/appetite suppression than for energy in the long run. For that reason, I suggest the following:
Buy a loose tea strainer, and make yerba mate. Similar caffeine/antioxidant profile to green tea, plus some interesting compounds that operate on the smooth muscle tissue. I also find it has a relaxing effect in addition to the invigorating effect. Green tea will work as well!
DMAA (1,3-Dimethylphenylamine) provides a great energy boost for me in a pinch. It's effects are synergistic with caffeine, so there's one heck of a buzz.
On a more somber note, 50-60 hours a week isn't a terrifically long work week (I've pulled 110 hour weeks for back to back to back weeks at a firm before), so if you really feel beat up, you may want to look at your general health habits (sleep schedule, diet -- both of which are outside the scope of this post). Perhaps talk to a medical professional -- low energy levels can be indicative of a wide range of issues, from depression to hormonal/thyroid issues, to a vitamin deficiency to anemia.

I take these every morning along with fish oil and whey protein.
I've been using Opti-Women multis, always heard great things about them and they work well for me. My SO takes Opti-Men, he loves them too.
I've also been doing epsom salt foot baths to help bring my magnesium back up, since it's cheaper and much more effective than a supplement.
