Maybe a standing curtain like this ? You can put it just behind the plant and block your room from the window.

It's utterly absurd, and I would question if she's doing it on purpose, to open the curtains while you're getting dressed.
However, aside from switching rooms, you can't physically make her stop. Can you get different curtains that let in some light? Can you get something to block the view so you can get dressed, like a room divider?
