#1 & #2 & #3 & #4 - The best way to keep yourself moving forward, stay organized, and hold yourself accountable is to keep a checklist or to-do list! I have a pretty terrible memory, and can be notorious for putting things off, so this is a must have for me. Even keeping a calendar with little notes to yourself, or putting up a sticky note by your door... Anything that keeps your schedule organized that you can check off as you go. Just holding yourself accountable can do wonders for your confidence even, it reminds you how much you do/can do for yourself, and it honestly feels great to complete your whole daily checklist, and see it all marked off. I don't know if that's what you're looking for, but it helps me a lot!
