Dish soap and baby shampoo work. I've never used either, but I think you need them to be as plain as possible. Quick google search should tell you what to look for/avoid. I'm a fan of this surfactant. I'd also like to second his thought on Triclopyr. I used Ortho CCO and saw amazing results after 2 applications.

I applied it to my yard using a tank sprayer. It was a slow pain in the ass but if you follow the directions perfectly it works miracles. My whole yard was creeping Charlie and I was amazed at how this worked. It’s not quick but after a month my yard is almost completely clear. Good luck man let me know if you have any questions.

Same with crabgrass. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/groundwork-concentrate-crabgrass-and-broadleaf-weed-killer?cm_vc=-10005 or any flavor of weed killer that says "kills crabgrass" will work as that weed requires a special herbicide.....I just buy the product linked as I'm not trying to walk my yard 18 times with 18 different herbicides
Hard to tell from the picture but it seems pretty tall already to be crabgrass. Try googling quack grass and take a look. Pay attention to the auricle part of the plant. Its hard to tell from the picture if they are clasping or not.
Also, the weed that looks like small ivy is called Creeping Charlie. Nasty stuff. Ortho makes a spray for it just make sure you get the one labeled for creeping Charlie. You may have to hit it a few times to kill it all.
