I got the
this edition but on Ebay. I see the Steam logo so hopefully it has a key.

For what it's worth I bought the base game a few months back and after playing it in VR for a few days I bought all of the other DLC. It's really fun!

I thought it was gonna be the Ultimate Steal Pack? Base game + Armored Transports?
